The Fine Printing is not to be held responsible if there are errors in the final printed product with regards to:
– Spelling, Grammar, Font,
– Graphics, punctuation, percolating marks
– Erroneous fonts, dielines, cropping marks, cracks in folds
– Overprinting errors
– The difference in finished product size

Refund Policy:
If you find any fault in the printing of your product or the product is not printed according to your specifications, you need to inform the company with 3 working days after receiving your order. In case of faulty printing or not specified printing, we reprint your original order but don’t refund the money. Defect checking is done by the management team. The customers need to send the defective product to the company using their own expenditure within 7 business days in order to receive the reprint of your product. Accelerated orders have charges which are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation:
thefineprinting.co.uk will cancel your order prior to printing/shipping. However, if you’re ordered item has been shipped then it cannot be canceled. Orders may be cancelable during the various production stages but cancellation charges will apply. Our Customer Service Team will inform you of any cancellation charges.

1) Orders are placed on-line.
2) Orders are reworked in our design department.
3) Orders are sent to the press.
4) Orders are collected by the shipping firm and shipped.

All orders are cancelable before stage 2. If an order is canceled in stage 1; you will be charged $15 plus 3% of the total amount to cover payment processing, bank charges and to cover our design department fees.

For orders canceled in stage 2,a minimum of 15% of the total order amount is deducted as cancellation fees to cover our design department’s charges. After an order enters stage 3, we can still try to cancel the order but we cannot guarantee order cancellation. However, if the order is still in stage 3, and the user wants to have it canceled; a minimum of 40% of the total order amount is deducted to cover expenses. Once an order reaches stage 4, it cannot be canceled.
